I Went To Urgent Care For My Left Shoulder. Very

I went to Urgent Care for my left shoulder. Very painful to lift my left arm. They took 2 xrays, front and side. No fractures, no dis-located shoulder. They felt it was soft tissue/muscle and wrote a rx for naproxen 500mg twice a day for 10 days. They did want to do a shot or solumedrol pack. Does this seem like a good approach? I am 60 years old and take diovan, finasteride, bethanecol, and Flomax daily. Thank you.
