I Went To Urgent Care On Saturday For A Yeast

I went to Urgent care on Saturday for a yeast infection under my breasts, however the skin is still very raw and hurts very much. I was given antibiotics and an ointment to put on 2 times per day. I have had the same redness and skin looks like it is burnt, off and on for about 6-7 months. Each month I will get the redness for 3-4 days of the month. Any causes for this to occur?
