I Went To A CVS Minute Clinic 3 Days Ago

I went to a CVS Minute Clinic 3 days ago with painful sore throat and stuffed throat. Strep test negative, lungs were great, a little fluid I 1 ear due to sinuses. Nurse said to take ibuprofen, zyrtec and Nasacort. My throat is a little better but feels raw and I am still congested. She diagnosed me with viral pharyngitis and sinusitis. I have had this for 10 days. How long is too long? I feel if I am not better in 2 days I will go to my primary physician. Not sure what to do
