I went to a General Surgeon today that said the lump on my shoulder is "fixed" and needs to be removed as soon as he gets my insurance authorization, The lump on my hip should also be removed even though it is not "fixed". I asked if they should biopsy first to see if they even need to be removed. He said they remove it and then send it to pathology. I am 60 in Dec, and in good health although I had two knee replacements in 2013 and 2014.
