I Went To A Chiropractor About A Year Ago With

I went to a chiropractor about a year ago with a left hip problem, My doctor rec one and I went. Something happened and I heard a pop and I have not felt the same since. He had told me to come back but i was afraid to. Now I am seeing a doctor for my radiculopathy is what I was told it was. I know I have some degeneration because I have had three injections this year. I feel like a marionette that is pulled tight in my legs. I am miserable, what should I do now?
