I Went To A Clinic Last Week To Get A

I went to a clinic last week to get a plan B pill due to a condom breaking with me and my boyfriend. I got the pill and some birth control pills along with it. That's the day I started to take the birth control. Unfortunately, five days passed and another condom broke, this time I used no sort of emergency contraceptive.
Reminder, I was on birth control pills for those five days before. Is this too soon for the pills to kick in? Could I be pregnant?
I'm just a little scared because I feel like my body may be reacting and giving off side effects such as nauseous feelings, headache and mood swings, but I'm not too sure if it's the birth control or if the birth control was not effective and I am pregnant?? HELP!!
