I Went To A Foot Specialist And They Sprayed My

I went to a foot specialist and they sprayed my foot with some kind of spray and taped it. A day and a half later my foot swelled up and itched like crazy. I believe its an allergic reaction. I have soaked it in cold water which relieved the itching but my foot is still very swollen. What should I do next?
