I Went To A Neurologist Due To Miagranes. These Began

I went to a neurologist due to miagranes. These began after a traumatic accident 8 yrs ago. I failed in the upper body strength test. After an MRI, he recommended I see a neurosurgeon. My Dr said muscle was pulling away from my spine, no idea what that means. Also I have tremors in both hands, as well as twitching in fingers. Pain in my neck, shoulders, down my arms, and back. When I pick up papers, dishes, books,...it feels as if I have a grip, but they fall. I would like a "heads-up" before I see the neurosurgeon. Any information you provide would be helpful
