I Went To A Specialist About 5 Years Ago Who

I went to a specialist about 5 years ago who told me I suffer from plantar fasciitis. Within the past 3 years I have noticed that both of my knees, one more than the other, are turning inward. Not only am I having an uncomfortable pain and tearing in what seems like the arch of my foot but pain in my ankle, knee, and now sever sharp pains in my hip. I can be fine one moment and then suddenly the pain hits. Do I need to have this checked by my physician? What could this be?
