I Went To An Urgent Care Clinic With Symptoms Of

I went to an urgent care clinic with symptoms of cold/flu. The Dr. Diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection and prescribed me with an antibiotic. I finished it on Saturday, Jan. 30. I still had residual symptoms which have gotten worse since then. I guess I want to know if I should go back to the clinic.
