I Went To Delhi With My Two Relatives For A

I went to delhi with my two relatives for a few days where the weather was really hot
I am from kashmir
When i returned to kashmir all of us have been ill ever since severe fever dehydrated body due to which we are barely able to move

We took paracetamol injection and six to seven tablets and a few antibiotics as recommended by the doctor


But our condition is still the same please help :(
