I Went To Dentist To Have A Filling Put In.The

I went to dentist to have a filling put in.The dentist inserted two shots of novacaine. Within minutes my right cheek swelled like I had a goofball was inside. The dentist said it hit an sprocket. My question is, how do I get the swelling down? It's been four hours and is still swollen and painful.
