I Went To Doctor Approximately 4 Weeks Ago And Was

I went to doctor approximately 4 weeks ago and was prescribed anitbiotic for upper respitory problem...sore throat, low grade temp, body aches, some chest congestion but no coughing or digestive problems. Took antibotics full round and then within one day symptoms returned so refilled anitbiotic and took second round and then syptoms returned and went back to the doctor who thinks it is thrush and gave me nystatin on Monday. Today I feel worse than ever. Temp of 100, body aches,sore throat. Feel miserable. Should I go to the emergency room or give it more time?
