I Went To Erase On Friday Because Something Came Out

I went to erase on friday because something came out of my vagina, like hard balls the size of dimes x 3. They said I have 3 cysts. 2 on my right ovary. They said follow up with an obgyn. Got an app tomorrow. However I can't walk and my stomach is swelling beyond recognition and there is pressure and discomfort. What could be happening?
