I Went To Eye Doctor As I Noticed My Eye

I went to eye doctor as I noticed my eye sight changed since 6 months ago. He said my pre test went from 1 to a five which he suspected was diabetes. I got my lab results and was wondering what the High results mean: Glucose, Bld 108, MPV 12.5, Cholesteral 239 and Mono % 10.2. How does this affect my vision?
