I Went To Get A Glass Of Water From The

I went to get a glass of water from the kitchen and took one of the glasses by the sink that looked 'clean' in my eyes and filled with water and drank, immediately after i hax started gulping down the H2O, i looked down at the glass and saw that it had a soapy, foamy, bubbly look to it and also that the water that i was drinking, smelled like lysol. It was then that i realized that i jas drank diluted lysol and ever since, (its been 2 days now) I've had a severe sore throat , i even took 800mg ibuprofen but to no avail, symptoms still stand. Parts of my body hurt as well. What do you recommend Doctors?
