I Went To My Dr 3 Days Ago & Was

I went to my Dr 3 days ago & was diagnosed with a bad yeast infection. She prescribed me a 3 day dose of fluconazole. I was told by the pharmacist to take one on the day I got the prescription & if symptoms haven't cleared up take another in 72 hours. I am currently 29 weeks. Would it be safe to take the second dose?
