I Went To My Dr. Appt. Sat. And I Notice

I went to my Dr. Appt. Sat. And I notice she really had the blood pressure pretty tight. Now today I have been having pain down my arm (sharp pain) not all the time it comes in spurts I also at time feel it in my wrist areas, my blood pressure was 120/78, is this normal to hurt like this! I'm just concerned I have never had this pain before like this!
