I Went To My College Campus Doctor Yesterday For A

I went to my college campus doctor yesterday for a strange lump at the top of my buttocks which she diagnosed as a pilonidal cyst. She set me up an appointment to come back in on Monday to have it drained, but it just popped a few minutes ago on its own and is now leaking blood and fluid. What should I do?
