I Went To My Doctor Because I Had Pain In

I went to my doctor because I had pain in my tail bone. He prescribed anti-inflammatory medication to take for 20 days. This did not touch the pain that I feel when touching or sometimes when I sit and lay down. He did an x-ray and checked for bone cancer which he did not find (thankfully). Since I have been taking this medication my fingers have been bruising easily and I also have a cough that I have had since December. Could this all be related? Do you have a suggestion for what may be going on? Thank you.
