I Went To My Family Dr. Thurs, I Already Knew

I went to my family Dr. Thurs, I already knew I had fluid in one ear, back in Oct. I had a double ear infection & sinus infection, we'll anyway he told me, by listening, I had fluid in my left lung, told me , I had pneumonia, how can he know that without a test, He Didon't schedule me to come back till March, how can he diagnose gout he is my family doctor
