I Went To My Ophthalmologist Yesterday For A Sudden Vision

I went to my ophthalmologist yesterday for a sudden vision change. It was decided that it was in relation to a medication reaction. I had an acute narrow angle attack. Today my vision has resolved to normal. However my eyes are sore and I have a fluid sac over my eye. What is happening?
