I Went To My Skin Dr And Had 4 Pre

I went to my skin dr and had 4 pre ca spots on my face burned off. They felt like the pointed end of a needle sticking out of my skin.. My dr told me what type of ca but I forget the name. Anyway, I have had, maybe 5 times in the last month, very sudden, sharp pricks in my calves, side or back. There is no pin point sticking out in those areas. could these two things be related? Or do I not need to worry about this?
