I Went To Pick My Baby Up Out Of Her

I went to pick my baby up out of her bassinet in a weird position. I grabbed her gently under arm pits to lift her thinking my fingers were supporting her head and guess it wasn't so when I lifted her her head flopped backwards and then I immediately grabbed her head. Did I hurt my child? I'm freaking and my Peditrician wouldn't help or give me answers
