I Went To See Colon/rectal Surgeon Thinking I Had Hemorroids.

I went to see colon/rectal surgeon thinking I had hemorroids. My issue is I have an urgent need to have bowel movement only after I wipe. The doctor said I have no hemorroids but my sphincter is tight and I have scar tisuue. I wipe and wipe and it never gets clean. Any suggestions?
