I Went To See My Doctor Because I Have Been

I went to see my doctor because I have been with pain in my right side, kidney area. she had me have a ct scan and said everything was fine no blood in urine as well. however I am still with pain she said it could be muscle spasm since I had cortisone injectected something called bilateral since I have lower back problems. Now my question is, I shouldn't worry at all about my kidney and should I just stay taking my meds, baclofen, gabapentin and hydrocodone?
