I Went To See My Gynecologist And Had The Nexplanon

I went to see my gynecologist and had the Nexplanon implant put in my arm that last for 3 years of prevent pregnancy. It is supposed to not developer anything for the body to get ready to have a baby. Well I am still getting my period and when I do it is heavy and I get really bad migraines. Plus I have noticed every time I wipe either number 1 or Number 2 I have blood on the toilet paper. I am overweight, I do have long periods of time that I do sit during the day but I am also very active as well while I am dieting. I do have very bad back pain. Plus I have Epilepsy and seizures have been controlled by medication. Should I be worried about this blood?
