I Went To The ER Friday Cause I Hurt My

I went to the ER Friday cause I hurt my foot. The Dr told me she was going to check on the xrays. She wasn't even gone 2 minutes before nurses came in saying it was sprained. I can't apply any pressure to it without yelling or crying. It is also tingling and 2 of my toes are numb. I can't move the toes either. It's swollen even though I've been putting ice on it. I can't move my foot to the left or right. I can't pull my foot towards me or push it outward without severe pain to my ankle and the top of my foot. What could be wrong with it?
