I went to the ER a few days ago and they said my heart was beating eregular blood pressure was 118 over 60 reason for that visit was I passed out on the side of the road while walking well since then I have been dizzy short of breath chest pain left arm numb and pressure feeling just checked blood pressure and was 116 over 74 still have chest and left arm pain
