I Went To The ER Because I Had Symptoms For

I went to the ER because I had symptoms for an STD. They took a urine test and saw white blood cells so they gave me 4 pills and a shot and told me a couple days later I had been positive for gonorrhea. Now I no longer feel burning or have a colored discharge, but instead I have clear, odorless discharge throughout the day and feel that I have to pee frequently. Why is this? Is this normal? Am I still healing?
