I Went To The ER Sunday Due To Lower Back

I went to the ER sunday due to lower back pain that radiated into my side they did a cat scan that found i have a .8cm kidney stone in my left kidney at the urethra causing kidney swelling and not passing all my urine my spleen is swollen 14.5cm and i have a buldged disc at s5 and L1...my question is at age 36 what could be causing the enlarged spleen (i have been having lots of pain today after cleaning a house) what is suggested for treatment and pain relief they gave me tylenol 3 for pain what few they gave ive taken with not much relief tried heating pad which as long as im laying still with it i get some relief i have a dr appt with my primary dr in the morning but just worried due to the pain is worse tonight
