I Went To The ER The Other Night With Chest

I went to the ER the other night with chest tightness and tachycardia. While there they incidentally found that my TSH was elevated, I think they said 130 something but all the other thyroid tests were normal. I have been extremely fatigued, had lack of concentration, loss of hair, insomnia, weight gain and other problems recently. Should I be treated for the elevated TSH?
