I Went To The Emergency Room Monday With Severe Nausea

I went to the Emergency Room Monday with severe nausea but could not vomit. now it is Wednesday and I am having severe stabbing pain in my upper abdomen. the ER sent me home Monday with nausea pills and pain med. it isn't helping. what may be my proble?. I have heart disease and kidney failure. the Cat Scan Monday showed my Gal Bladder to not look quite right.
