I Went To The VA Hospital On Monday, For A

I went to the VA hospital on Monday, for a normal check-up, and got my blood drawn, they put a band around my arm to hold the bandage on the needle spot. Later that evening on my arm felt a bit sore, and continues thus week, and I just noticed now my upper arm and a small area into my chest is showing hives, reddish, little bumps, etc. It is now Saturday. The needle mark on the arm looks ok.
What do you recommend, I plan to go back to the VA on Monday.
