I Went To The Bathroom And Tried To Push Something

I went to the bathroom and tried to push something out since I only go around 3 times a week. So I had to push very hard. After that I sat down in the living room and I had very painful cramps in my lower abdomen. It was comperable with menstrual cramps, but slightly different. But then I couldn't sit nor walk(had to walk bend over), because the pain was so bad. Then I tried to go to the bathroom again but the pain while I was pushing just a little bit was so painful. Like cramps. Right now while I'm laying down its fine, but when I walk I can still feel something from the back but inside. It's hard to explain. It's less than it was though.

I never eat beans, but two days ago I did.

Also I started a natural detox yesterday evening.

Maybe this helps?
