I Went To The Beach Last Week And Noticed That

I went to the beach last week and noticed that I developed some red spots on my ankles. They look like bug bites but do not itch. They are on both lower legs and ankles. We did see a couple of fleas in the house that we rented. How should I treat these and what could it be?
