I Went To The Chiropractor Yesterday And They Used A

I went to the chiropractor yesterday and they used a tens unit. I had a 2 second delay in sensing pain. I have severe pain in my feet also. I have three bulging discs in lower back and a perineural cyst. The dr seemed concerned. Also my hand has been shaking off and on depending on how tired I am. I do have rsd. Not sure where to go to get help.
