I Went To The Doctor And Had A Stomach X-ray

I went to the doctor and had a stomach X-ray , urine test for stones, blood work, and an ultra sound on all my organs and everything came back negative. I have excruciating cavity pain that has been going on for 3 weeks. Constantly. My insurance won't cover anymore tests. I hurt my self bending over in an airplane seat to get something I dropped on the floor. As a result of this I had a huge Charlie horse under my rib cage. It has been very spasmodic since and is not getting better yet. Any clues ?
