I Went To The Doctor And She Tested My Urine

I went to the doctor and she tested my urine for a bladdar infection, she gave me antibotics (day 2 now) but the past couple days i have come to find red bumps (they look like pimples) on the outside of my vagina, ive had sex twice in the last month. I looked up my symptoms (urine burning, clear discharge, flu like symptoms) & it said that i could have HSV. How do i know if i have herpes or just a bladdar infection? And what else could it be?
