I Went To The Doctor Days Ago Received Antibiotics, Inhaler

I went to the doctor days ago received antibiotics, inhaler and nasal stray; however the only thing that has improved is the burning feeling in my chest. I have finished my antibiotics already and wondering if I should wait or go back to the doctor first chance I get?
