I Went To The Doctor For A Severe Head Ache

I went to the doctor for a severe head ache yesterday. I was told it was cluster headaches and prescribed Imitrex and given a shot of toradol and a recommendation to a specialist.
I woke up today with the headache worse than it was yesterday, vision in my left eye keeps going blurry and the back of my neck is stiff and I can feel pressure in my neck and left side of my head. The headache literally changes by the second. Right now it is at a 2 but less than 5 minutes ago it was unbearable. I felt like my head was going to explore. I took the initial dose of Imitrex to no avail and took another dose two hours after like I was told to do. I found some leftover codeine and took it and it has been helping keep it under control. At the peak of the headache and after the peak, my mind is cloudy, I cant think or focus and I feel in general lost and confused in addition to the loss of vision (blurry vision) and pressure in my head.
Do I need to go back to the hospital if it gets unbearable and causes my vision to cut out in my left eye again?
