I Went To The Doctor On 02/01 My Hcg Level

I went to the doctor on 02/01 my hcg level was 10000 I went back on 02/18 my hcg level is 57,400 we did two ultrasound she say she hear no cardio is it to early is there still hope she see the fetal pole but no heartbeat she want me to come back to see if they can find it or to rule it as a miscarriage
