I Went To The Doctor On Friday And He Has

I went to the doctor on Friday and he has ordered a HIDA SCAN of my gall bladder and it is scheduled on Thursday. Ever since that appointment where he pushed on my gall bladder and told me to breath I have had consistent moderate pain that will not go away. It was so bad last night it kept me up until 1 am. Before the appointment I only had pain after I ate. He is on vacation this week or else I would call him. Should I be worried?
