I Went To The Doctors On Friday And They Told

I went to the doctors on Friday and they told me I have bronchitis. I went in with the symptoms: cough, fatigue, chest pain(pressure), achy body. I was prescribed Azithromycin 250 dose pack, Cheratussin AC syrup, and a proair HFA 90MCG inhaler. For the past two days (on and off) the inside of my legs and abdomen feel like they are vibrating, but they do not look like they are. I have not used my inhaler since about 4 pm. It is now 3:30 am and I am feeling the vibrations in my legs right now, so I know its not an overdose. Please give me some direction.
