I Went To The Doctors Yesterday Because I Need A

I went to the doctors yesterday because I need a follow up to see if my chlamyida is cured but also because I've been feeling a paper cut feeling in the vaginal area located on my posterior labial for a few days. Now I got a Pap test and mentioned about my cuts I'm feeling, I was told that it was a yeast infection and my doctor said there were no cuts so she explained to me why I could have the cuts or feeling the cuts is because of the antibiotics or that fact that I can be dry. She diagnosed me with fluconazole. I took the pill yesterday and during the day I was still feeling the cuts and it felt worse and more inflamed and irritated. So I decided to check for the cuts myself & they were there but the cuts were only located on the posterior labial. I started to freak out because what if it's more than a yeast but I had got tested for HIV a couple weeks ago and was told I was normal so it was negative which is good but now I'm getting these cuts there making me feel like I have herpies but I don't know if I'm over thinking or can my yeast infection be the reason of my cuts or wiping myself to much? I don't know and I'm freaking out because of all the research I did and I'm trying to look for answer. I'm hoping it's just a yeast infection
