I Went To The Dr For An Increase In Vaginal

I went to the dr for an increase in vaginal discharge. My ph is normal and she said there is no smell. I did however have blood and wbc in my urine. She went ahead and checked me for all stds which takes a week to get results back. I am just nervous and wondering what it could be?
