I Went To The Dr's Today Feeling Unwell Since Friday

I went to the dr's today feeling unwell since Friday flu like symptoms but have beesick since yesterday I also had inflamed hand and a rash on one of my lowere arm wrist area I was given loaratadine 10gm but now my other hand isinflamed and I am starting to get a blister type rash on my other wrist I am now getting terrible pains in my elbows I don't know what to do
any ideas
