I Went To The Er 4 Days Ago I Have

I went to the er 4 days ago i have second degree burns on both hands.. From a grease fire. My left hand. Is leaking fluids an has a slight smell and is extremly cold an my arm is knumb all the way up to my elbow. I have a appointment tomorrow with a burn clinic but im in so much pain should i go back to the er?
