I Went To The Er 5 Days Ago For A

I went to the er 5 days ago for a sudden severe, pounding headache. The pain cause my blood pressure to sky rocket to 200/101, pressure can down after the pain subsided. The er ruled out stroke or anuerism by ct scan and lumbar puncture. But the lp showed elevated protein in spinal fluid ,70, wbc 1. Followed up with an internist. They thought it could have been a mild case of viral meningitis or a migraine. My question is: I still feel fuzzy headed & tired, is that a result of inflammation or the lp after effects?
