I Went To The Er A Few Weeks Ago Not

I went to the er a few weeks ago not feeling well and weak they ran some test came back said I was positive for strep. Well it's been a few weeks I've got two amoxcillin pills left they prescribed me for it and now my throat is sore and hurting more and the vessels in the back of my throat are red. What can I do to get better fast?
